Rolls royce history

Rolls Royce was founded in the early 1900s when Henry Royce decided to construct a car himself after buying a second-hand Décauville that turned out to be a disappointment. The very first Royce was a success and Charles Rolls partnered with Henry Royce. The name Rolls Royce was born. Rolls Royce is not only a well-known name in the car industry, but they are also known for the airplane engines that they manufactured from 1914 on. Rolls Royce became the main suppplier in engines for airplanes during World War I and World War II. In 1973 the car division went solo as Rolls Royce Motors and has continued manufacturing beautiful artworks ever since.
